Afternoon Tea at Dunsley Hall

Whenever I'm home from uni, my Mom and I always make time for a mountain load of cake. Today we decided to head to Dunsley Hall Hotel in Kinver for their Christmas Afternoon tea. My sisters came along aswell and we had the most relaxing couple of hours; chatting and enjoying delicious food. The hotel itself is a 13th century mansion complete with lavish interiors and the prettiest garden - as you can see, everything was covered in a layer of frost which made it look all the more romantic. It was absolutely freezing though, of course, and I nearly went flying whilst walking back to the car - ice is lethal!

I'm pretty sure the Christmas Tea is only running until the end of December, but the original Afternoon Tea is available all year round and costs just under £15 pp. If you live in the Midlands area I definitely recommend a visit - it's the perfect way to spend a girly afternoon!

Hope you're all well and are enjoying the last of 2014! Are you all prepared for the new year? x

  4. I have always wanted to go to a proper tea place, and get some afternoon tea. (This might sound odd to you, but as an American, the people I know only go on special occasions!)

    1. To be honest I've only had proper afternoon tea a couple of times as it can get so expensive. It's a lovely tradition though x
